South Country Ambulance
Congratulations to South Country Ambulance on their brand new Wheeled Coach ambulances! This is the first of two ambulances of its type to be delivered to South Country. These ambulances are custom designed and built for South Country. Equipped with full body climate control, 360 degree scene lighting and cameras on all sides with a DVR, a Stryker powerload system, and liquid spring suspension.
Coram Transport Trailer
Coram Fire Department has taken delivery of their brand new multipurpose transport unit! This truck is built to be able to transport the department's 1942 F150 fire truck, or to be able to transport large amounts of heavy supplies to an emergency scene. The trailer is equipped with interior lighting, power rear gate, and an interior mounted winch.
Manhasset-Lakeville Heavy Rescue
Congratulations to Manhasset-Lakeville on their new heavy rescue pumper! This truck is a Severe service rescue-Pumper, with seating for seven, including driver, a 1250GPM pump with an internal 300 gallon water tank, hydraulic extrication tools mounted in the front bumper, storage all around the truck, a movable winch, an extendable light tower, roof mounted storage, an oil absorbent dispenser, storage for ladders and hoses, and plenty of sliding trays for heavy equipment.
Animal Control
Congratulations to Babylon on their new animal control vehicle! This van is made to be able to safely and cleanly transport animals of any size. Equipped with amber and white warning lights, rear scene lights, and basic radios.
